We don't teach swimming as such, so players should be confident and capable in the water (that's typically swim skills Level 4 or higher).

We'll teach you the water polo specific skills - head up swimming, the all-important eggbeater kick for staying afloat while you are playing, ball skills, match tactics and techniques.
